Update 11/19

Dad was doing awesome tonight! He wants to start keeping lists of names, important dates, etc. because he's having trouble remembering. Which is great that he understands and thought of that. He asked how we all feel about all of this and we said good because of how good he's doing. And he said he doesn't know how he is with it. Bc he feels shaky when he walks sometimes and feels like he's not doing good. But then people say how good he's doing. So he just keeps wondering how bad it was. We told him we wrote in a journal everyday and have pictures for him one day. He was so pleasant and loving. He said he just wants to be with his family all the time. And he knows we're there everyday, but it's tough to keep his days straight so it feels like so much time goes by between each visit. And he misses his wife, kids and grand kids so much when we're not there. He is very excited for thanksgiving!! And can't wait to spend the day with all of us!
